Client Portals and Third-Party Services

Our site links to services operated by other companies, including our client portal, online bill payment, secure document sharing, and our risk management center. When you follow one of these links you leave cravenswarren.com, and any information you provide there is governed by that company’s privacy policy and security practices, not ours. Text Messaging

We may use mobile telephone numbers provided by consumers to communicate regarding insurance quotes, applications, policies, and other insurance services requested by the consumer.

Mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers as necessary to facilitate communications or provide services requested by the consumer; however, SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain information submitted through this website for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed Texas insurance agency. Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for businesses and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals, and this site does not currently respond to them. Regardless of the setting, we do not track visitors across other websites.

Customer Privacy Notice

This policy describes our website. As a licensed insurance agency, our handling of customer information is also governed by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the privacy provisions of the Texas Insurance Code.
