Ashley Hart is our resident Endorsed Local Provider, and the President of Cravens Warren Insurance. Ashley has worked in the insurance industry for 15 years, but has spent 13 of those years with Cravens Warren. Spending her early career with Cravens Warren, Ashley has worked her way up through different roles within the organization, spending time as an Account Manager, a Sales VP, COO, and most recently, President. Ashley’s experience within each of these roles allows her to have a unique vantage point into the lives of our agency employees’ work. It is with this understanding that she leads an effective team.

 Ashley became an Endorsed Local Provider for Dave Ramsey Solutions in December of 2014. In the past 5 years, Ashley and her team have taken on several territories, spanning from her home of Texas, to Alabama, where Ashley spends time every year. Ashley has worked through the Baby Steps and Dave’s teaching, and is proud to say she is currently on Baby Step 6.

 Cravens Warren’s ELP team is also very active in the community, holding volunteer days with various charitable organizations, including those serving veterans, the elderly, and our local schools.

Brandon- Brandon began working in the insurance industry in 2016 and joined the CW personal lines department in February of 2018 as an account manager. He spends his time playing the violin and piano, gardening, reading, and cooking. Brandon enjoys working side-by-side with the personal lines team, connecting with his clients, and maximizing his efforts to provide the necessary products and services his clients need.

Jessica Wichers is our Personal Lines Team Coordinator and leader. She has been in insurance for 18 years, but she’s been with CW for over 6 years. She enjoys being with her family, heading up the Women’s Ministry at her church and participating in church activities, reading, and taking care of her two teen daughters. Her husband is a Marine Veteran. She has a passion for helping others, loves coming to work every day, and thrives on being able to find quality insurance at the right price for her clients.

Michelle Colley is one of our personal lines account managers. She has been with CW since February 2019 and has worked in insurance for 10 years. Michelle is a very family oriented person who loves spending time with her many nieces and nephews. She likes to get acquainted with her insureds and enjoys working with them on a daily basis.

Teresa Mendez is a personal lines account manager at Cravens Warren. In this role, Teresa coordinates with her team to provide great customer service and insurance knowledge to best serve her clients. She is an industry veteran and joined Cravens Warren in May of 2017. Teresa Mendez is a loving wife and mother of four. She loves spending time with her family and making each moment memorable.
