Athlete Agent Surety Bond

This license and permit bond, in the class of surety bonds, is required for persons to obtain a license or permit in a particular city, county or state, for the purpose of registering as an athletic agent.  This bond guarantees whatever the state law, municipal ordinance or underlying regulation requires.  It involves the payment of certain taxes or fees, and grants the protection of the consumer license and contracted services.
