CAA Adds Nikki Toon to Its Senior Leadership Team
Combined Agents of America (CAA) is pleased to announce that Nikki Toon has joined CAA’s leadership team as Production Director. Nikki has more than a decade of experience working in the insurance industry from both a carrier, agency and group perspective.
In her new role as CAA’s Production Director, Nikki will develop and manage CAA member needs and facilitate a formal, organized sales/growth culture within the group. In addition to providing vision and strategic planning functions for value-added services and programs within the CAA group, Nikki will assist in creating strategies for carrier accountability and enhanced carrier relationships.
“Nikki is uniquely qualified to take on the challenges involved with identifying new business and growth opportunities,” said CAA CEO Trent Richmond. “Her strong background in marketing, communications, underwriting and management, make her perfectly suited for this position.”
