As part of Cravens Warren's outreach to the Energy Industry which we serve, we were in attendance at this week's 2011 Offshore Technology Conference in Houston.
Founded in 1969, the Offshore Technology Conference is the world’s foremost event for the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production, and environmental protection. OTC is held annually at Reliant Center in Houston.
Each year, OTC attracts more than 65,000 attendees and 2,000 exhibiting companies representing more than 110 countries.
OTC is organized and operated exclusively to promote and further the advance of scientific and technical knowledge of offshore resources and environmental matters.

The International flare to the event reminds us of just how global Houston's Energy business is. We really enjoyed greeting current clients, and making contacts for new opportunities. Our Risk Management approach works well for companies who are beginning operations in the US from other countries in particular, because we can help guide them through the various risks associated with US Specific business. This event is a great way for us to connect with those companies.
If you are interested in discussing your insurance program with us, please call us. Our Energy Department is tremendously knowledgable & can help with a variety of risks unique to Oil & Gas risks.
