The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for the
client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Manager is
expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as
well as represent client needs and goals with the organization to ensure
quality. In addition, the Account Manager will build relationships with clients
to encourage new and continued business opportunities. Marketing activity is
required for the position. Meets sales, service and quality standards adopted
by agency. Lead service member to process complex transactions and activities,
resolves complaints, manages high profile accounts, involved in agency reviews.
Possesses great communication, organization and teamwork skills.
